On occasion people do break the rules that have been established for the common good.
The following procedures will be followed to ensure that we all abide by the rules established on our behalf.
Violations of the above Rules and Regulation by any Unit Owner's family member, tenant, servant, employee, license agent or visitor shall be subject to the following:
Pursuant to the power granted to the Board of Trustees in the By-laws of the Tyng Village Condominium Association, the Board shall levy a fine of $25.00 against the Unit Owners for the first offense and $50.00 for the second offense. For the third and each and every additional offense, the amount of the fine will be determined at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
If the alleged violator or the Board of Trustees request a hearing, a hearing will be held as follows:
A hearing notice will be sent to the alleged violator stating the nature of the alleged violation, the time and place of the hearing, and invitation to attend the hearing.
An invitation will also be sent to any person or person orginiating the compliant inviting them to the hearing in order to produce evidence to substantiate the compliant.
A Board representative will preside over the hearing with quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance and will hear testimony from both sides at the hearing, then excuse both parties, and render a decision.
